It is a collaborative effort, as I know the best way to show you off, and you are the expert in your field. When you send me ‘stuff’ to approve, how long do I have to reply?
As long as you need. But you may receive an email from me, just checking in . . .

When and where can I reach you?
Email is best. Because I’m often in the middle of coding and creating your website, I may not respond right away to email or phone calls. Please allow 24 hours for returns, or contact me to schedule a phone meeting.

What happens when the site is done, but I need changes?
Reasonable maintenance is included in my initial fee. This includes copy changes, posting of new photos and essentially anything that takes less than 15 minutes.

Can you refer me to someone for headshots? For printing?
I have wonderful printers and photographers I recommend in both Los Angeles and Portland.

Do you handle website copy?
I can work with you to develop your website copy. I also work with 3 different writers (a comedy writer, a television writer + a novelist) who we can hire to help us out.
